FACTS AND PROCEDURES :
The couple Yacouty KONE and Aboubacar HAIDARA got married before
the civil status officer of the centre secondaire in Sévaré as attested to by certificate No. 04 of 10 April 2011.

They did not have any children during their union;
Through a written petition on 16 February 2015. Madame Yacouty KONE launched a divorce proceeding

against her husband before this court: the case was registered in the general list of cases
of this court's registry as No.63 of this year: the case was investigated and
sent to The State , which declared that it would refer it to the court: the attempted conciliation
prescribed by the law was attempted but it failed: Scheduled for hearing on
12 March, 2015 on the substantive issues, the case was heard and the following decision was
handed down on 19 March 2015.
II- GROUNDS AND CLAIMS OF THE PARTIES:
Whereas in support of her petition, Madame Yacouty KONE states that her husband is a
drunkard : that when he drinks he becomes violent : that he keeps late nights and returns quite late,

leaving her all by herself at home: that on some occasions he spends the night away from home : that he was
married to another woman before their marriage: that he even had a child with this woman: that he hide this fact
from her: that she often caught her husband with another girl
