Mindful of the decision of the Indictment Chamber of the Bamako Court of Appeal
, handed down on 20 Ju ly 2010. on the referral before the Bamako Court of Assizes
of: Bourama TOULEMA now known as Bourama GUINDO: Born on 1054 in Minabodo.
Cercle de Bandiangara, son of late Samba and Ouessi ARRAM, hawker, resident in Ladjiguila near
the chateau de Razel at the home of Mama DIARRA, single with no child, has not done his military
service, a Malian national, with no prior conviction :

CHARGED: With Public Indecency
MINDFUL of the arrest warrant issued against the above-named person and

included in the referral order :
MINDFUL of the declaration issued by a majority of the judges of the Court of
Assizes on this day
