Bourama GUINDO now known as Brahima TOULEMA : Born around 1954 in Minabodo
(cercle de Bandiangara). son of late Samba and Ouessi ARRAM hawker, resident
in Fadjiguila near chateau de Razel at the home of Mama DIARRA single with no child, who
has performed his military service and claims to have no prior conviction
Charged with public indecency; crimes provided for and punished under article 225 of the
Penal Code

Mindful of the final ordinance to forward the case documents
The State Prosecutor of the Bamako Court of Appeal on 11 September 2008 from the Examining
Magistrate of the Commune III Court of First Instance in the of the Bamako District ;
Mindful of the written submissions of 11 Ju ne 2010 from the State Prosecutor

of the Bamako Court of Appeal, seeking the indictment of the above mentioned person
and his referral to the Court of Assizes to be judged in accordance with the
law,
WHEREAS the submission presented by the President and the reading of the case
documents by the Registrar;
WHEREAS the oral submissions of THE STATE are intended to
reiterate its written submission stated herein above;
